Anushka is an actor and producer in Bollywood. She has won many acting awards and is among of the top-paid actors. Anushka Sharma, born May 1, 1988, in Ayodhya In Uttar Pradesh, she was the son of Kumar Sharma and Ashima Sharma. Anushka's father is a colonel (retd.) The mother of the family is household worker. Karnesh Singh, the brother of Anushka and filmmaker, was a member of the Merchant Navy. Anushka graduated from Army School in Bangalore, after which she pursued a bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) at Mount Carmel College. Anushka Sharma holds a Master's education in Economics. Anushka was not interested in acting, but was more interested in becoming she was interested in becoming a model or reporter. Anushka Sharma left for Mumbai for the purpose of registering in Elite Model Management and be trained under the direction by style advisor Prasad Bidapa. In the year 2017 Anushka was the first model to debut at the designer Wendell Roricks' Les Vamps Show at Lakme Fashion Week and was chosen by Rodricks to be the last model in spring 2007's Spring Collection. Anushka Sharma has been a part with a number of campaigns for brands after her Lakme Fashion Week debut. This includes campaigns for Fiat Palio and Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka Sharma, along with her modelling career, joined an acting school, and began to audition for films. Anushka was first seen acting in the year 2008 with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, opposite Shah Rukh Khan. In order to prepare for the screen-test, Anushka Sharma took all day. Later, she was signed to three films with Yash Raj Films. She portrayed a bride who was young and tied to a man of middle in age (the character Shah Rukh Khan was portraying). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka performed along with Shahid Kapoor and Vi Das, and Meiyang Chang in the 2010 movie "Badmash Company". The film was met with mixed praise. Anushka Sharma was in the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat. The actress played a Punjabi woman from the middle class who owns her own wedding company. The movie received positive reviews and proved to be an overnight success. Anushka was able to complete her three-film contract with Yash Raj Films.
